AIGA San Diego, in kind thanks to my dear friend and diplomatic art’s representative Bennett Peji, welcomes 30 graphic designers from China to San Diego as they visit the exhibition, “Survey Select.” AIGA SD asks, “How often do you get to dialogue face-to-face with fellow designers from China?” This is your chance to make some important connections and learn about the booming Chinese design scene.
30 leading graphic designers from China visit “Survey Select” on Wednesday, August 18th at 2:30 PM, the event is free and you and your pals are welcome to join in the fun on this momentous occasion. Stick around that night and enjoy double feature Wednesdays featuring “Visual Acoustics/The Modernism of Julius Schulman” and Marshall Arisman. On Thursday we will be show the requested screening of “Beautiful Losers.” Both films on Wed/Thurs begin at 7 PM and distributed by Art House Films.
