1_22_11 Black Book Sessions No. 9

Yes, the holidays are upon us and the good folks at Black Book Sessions are planning a big art event to give back to the community in January of 2011. Black Book Sessions is a non-profit organization that empowers and inspires young and emerging talent. Over the past three years, Black Book Sessions have sponsored a series of live events, “Sessions,” providing hands-on experiences and educational opportunities to learn more about the creative arts industry.

Black Book Sessions Mission Statement

Each Black Book Session features live painting by top Southern California artists, student hopefuls and emerging talent. Great sponsors present tasty treats, food, prizes, drink, live music, one-of-a-kind learning opportunities and one-on-one exchanges with innovative artists. Educators, parents, students and fans of art and culture are more than welcome and more information can be found on Facebook. (Want to see session No. 8? Please visit Tilly’s).

Black Book Sessions was created by Hybrid Apparel who believe
in sponsoring arts in education.

Save the date—Saturday, January 22—Black Book Sessions No. 9 at Westwood College located at 1551 S. Douglass Road in Anaheim, CA from 1 pm to 6 pm.
